In my current role, I lead the go-to-market for a major revamp of our customer-facing website - shahdag.az. I coordinate between developers, integration platforms, and internal stakeholders to deliver an improved product experience. I own the content management, testing and feature feedback loop, ensuring readiness for market launch and drive adoption through usability improvements.
